Whereas the Cabinet had a meeting on 16 March 2021 and resolved to appoint persons as the vice ministers as proposed by the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, which will be effective when the Prime Minister signs in an appointment notice. 
鉴于内阁于 2021 年 3 月 16 日召开会议,决定根据总理府秘书处的提议,作出任命副部长决议,该任命将在总理签署任命后生效。 
 By virtue of Clause 3 of the regulations of the Office of Prime Minister associated with the Vice Minister B.E. 2546 (2003) amended by the regulations of Office of prime Minister on the Vice Minster (No. 4) B.E. 2559 (2016) together with the resolution of the cabinet’s meeting on 16 March 2021, Major General Nopparat Paenkaew is appointed as the Vice Minister 
 根据与副部长 BE. 2546 (2003) 由总理办公室关于副部长顾问委员会的条例(第 4 号)修正。 BE.2559 (2016) 和内阁会议于 2021 年 3 月 16 日的决议,任命 Nopparat Paenkaew 少将为副部长 
For effective and productive operations of the Vice Minister, 2 Vice Minister’s advisors are appointed according to the following list of names. 
为提升副部长的工作效率与成果,因此任命以下两位为副部长顾问。 
1. Mr. Li Linghai  Advisor Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs

2. Mr. Neo Wee Hoe Advisor Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs

Authority and obligation
权力和义务 
They will discharge their duty as an advisor of the Vice Minister (Major General Nopparat Paenkaew) and have authority to screen, coordinate and follow up official matters in any cases under responsibility of the Vice Minister or that are assigned to the Vice Minister’s advisor in order to achieve the policy effectively and to perform other assignments. 
他们将履行作为副部长(Nopparat Paenkaew 少将)顾问的职责,并有权在副部长负责或分配给副部长顾问的任何情况下审查筛选、协调和跟进官方事务 有效地实现政策并执行所有任务。 
It is valid from now until the mission is completed.
